QuickBAccounting (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks setup, payroll, tax preparation, data migration, training, and other related professional services. Because our services are customized and involve professional expertise, we maintain the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Disclaimer: QuickBAccounting is an independent service provider offering QuickBooks-related services and solutions for businesses. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc. or QuickBooks. All product names, logos, and trademarks, including QuickBooks, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and reference purposes only.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Before Service Begins: You may cancel your requested service at any time before we start working on your project. If no work has been initiated, we will issue a full refund of any advance payment made, minus any applicable payment processing or administrative fees.
- After Service Has Started: Once we have begun providing the service (such as QuickBooks setup, data migration, bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax preparation, or consulting), cancellation is subject to the following:
- You will be charged for all work completed up to the point of cancellation on a pro-rated or hourly basis.
- Any non-refundable setup fees, software license fees, or third-party costs already incurred will not be refunded.
- We will provide a detailed breakdown of work done and charges before processing any partial refund.
- Recurring / Monthly Services: For ongoing monthly bookkeeping, payroll, or accounting packages, you may cancel at any time by providing 7 days’ written notice. Billing will stop from the next billing cycle. No refund will be issued for the current month’s service if work has already commenced.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds, when eligible, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
- We do not offer refunds for completed services, delivered reports, filed documents, or training sessions once they have been provided.
- In case of dissatisfaction with our service, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue or rework the deliverable where possible.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Any work that has been completed and delivered.
- Services involving tax filing, government submissions, or regulatory compliance once submitted.
- Third-party charges (e.g., software subscription fees or payment gateway fees) paid on your behalf.
- Setup or consultation fees after the initial session has been conducted.
